Firezza - Our Story

OUR STORY
Firezza opened in 2001 after its two owners realised a long held ambition to
deliver excellent quality Neapolitan pizza to discerning foodies. Now, ten years later, Firezza has already opened in ten locations with a loyal and happy following.

FIREZZA - OUR HISTORY

2001	Firezza opens their first branch in Chelsea & Battersea
2002	The second Firezza branch opens in Fulham & Wandsworth
2003	Firezza develops the concept further and gets the first two sites operating fully in the Firezza way
2004	YFM, a London based investor, invests in Firezza to fund expansion Firezza opens the Islington & City branch followed by the Chiswick branch
2005	Buoyed by initial success, YFM invests further to accelerate our growth and expansion Firezza opens its Herne Hill branch Firezza opens its Notting Hill branch Firezza opens a Support Centre to assist all branches in providing you with the best service possible
2006	Firezza open Chelsea branch
2008	Firezza raises further investment and open Crouch End branch. Firezza becomes market leader in London and UK in Fast growing Gourmet Pizza delivery market
2010	Branches in Canary Wharf and Willesden Green are open in the autumn of 2010. Firezza is installing a new EPOS system which is due to go live across all its branches in October 2010. The system will allow enhanced control of costs and point of sale data with real time KPIs. Firezza starts new improved web site ordering system

SO THAT’S THE PAST, WHAT ABOUT THE FUTURE?
Firezza has big plans for the future. We aim to be the largest premium pizza delivery company in
London, and then beyond…
