The best kind of pizza is one that's made for sharing.That's why at Firezza, we serve pizza by the metre... the true Neapolitan way. Using only the freshest ingredients,our speciality dough is hand-stretched. Fire-baked at 400°C & served superfast - all day, every day.

When our founders visited Naples in 1999, no-one, not even the renowned Neopolitan chef Raffaele Esposito, could have predicted the impact of the dish that they prepared and presented. A soft, floury dough base covered in a rich tomato sauce, topped with mozzarella and baked in a stone oven finished with a garnish of hand-picked fresh basil. The city of London royally approved and, pronto, Firezza as we know it was born.

Today, we work by creating authentic stone baked pizzas of the highest quality. Using only the freshest ingredients and traditional techniques, our hand-made pizzas are made entirely onsite at our unique units. Following in great Italian pizza making traditions requires craft, a love of fresh food and a whole lot of theatre. When you visit us, not only will we make your pizza by hand in front of your eyes, we’ll give you a slice of Italy to take away too.
